Tax relief on tooth implants

Hi all, I have just spent circa £16000 on some tooth implants and wondered if there was anyway of getting any tax relief on that? I have some pensions which I pay Income Tax on after my tax free allowance is reached each year and am an OAP. Any help would be appreciated.
