I am (trying) again to switch my funds (NOT Sipp) on the Aegon platfrom .When I am in the 'Switch' section'    I get an error 'Sorry, something has gone wrong. Please try again later.'
this had happened before.

but this time i can see all my funds listed below, Aegon told me to try another time, so it seems a guessing game of when I can SWITCH.

Does anyone know if I can switch funds - how will I know it has gone through? and how long will it take for this to be confirmed - Aegon said I will be notified....

Have you got 'transactional access'? I suspect not, from what you're saying - even with a new laptop! I think from your post you may not have read this:

Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!

    Which Aegon platform?
    ARC or Cofunds?
Is it it non-platfrom with an older Scottish Equitable or Retireready plan?

You're more likely to get helpful/better informed replies if you stick to one thread rather than starting a fresh one when they are both on the same topic. I've asked for this to be merged with your thread from earlier today.
