I am (trying) again to switch my funds (NOT Sipp) on the Aegon platfrom .When I am in the 'Switch' section' I get an error 'Sorry, something has gone wrong. Please try again later.'
this had happened before.
but this time i can see all my funds listed below, Aegon told me to try another time, so it seems a guessing game of when I can SWITCH.
Does anyone know if I can switch funds - how will I know it has gone through? and how long will it take for this to be confirmed - Aegon said I will be notified....

Have you got 'transactional access'? I suspect not, from what you're saying - even with a new laptop! I think from your post you may not have read this:20122013 said:I am (trying) again to switch my funds (NOT Sipp) on the Aegon platfrom .When I am in the 'Switch' section' I get an error 'Sorry, something has gone wrong. I am (trying) again to switch my funds (NOT Sipp) on the Aegon platfromWhich Aegon platform?
ARC or Cofunds?
Is it it non-platfrom with an older Scottish Equitable or Retireready plan?

You're more likely to get helpful/better informed replies if you stick to one thread rather than starting a fresh one when they are both on the same topic. I've asked for this to be merged with your thread from earlier today.Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!0
