Enhanced Annuity Rates

This is a bit specific. I almost certainly won't be taking out an annuity in the near future but I like to keep all my options costed on my spreadsheet and run through them occasionally.
I've been trying to get some ballpark figures for the time being and am using the money helper site.
I do have some pre-existing conditions, enough to make good travel insurance a pain to find, and expensive. These include a history of cancers, and one of them is a previous pulmonary embolism but they don't know the cause, they have ruled out the cancers, atrial fibrillation and liver disease. I'm on apixaban and will be for the forseeable future so it is classed as unprovoked.
I do think my pre-existing conditions exaggerate my poor health, and thus I might bet on beating the actuaries at some point if the numbers were big enough.
I can get all my other conditions on to the money helper page but not this one, and specifically not the apixaban. It definitely makes a difference on the travel insurance. Have I just missed it or is it not a condition they consider? The Hargreaves Lansdown one just says "call us" when I put in the cancers, and I'm not serious enough yet for that conversation.

I'd stick the Pulmonary Embolism under the Respiratory/lung disease and then Other. If the medicine isnt in the drop down then add it in the other information providing the same information about dosage, frequency, when you started etc1
