Natiowide £50 thank you

Options
I've had a mortgage with Natiowide for over 5 years, I come to the end and pay it off with my last payment on 3rd April. They said after last payment they will close the account also. Does this mean I'd not get the £50 thank you bonus, as it says you should still have an account?
With that in mind, I did open a FlexAccount quickly a few weeks ago, so I still have a current Natiowide account.

I'd say you should get it as the requirements were for March 2025, but better give them a call to clarify.

Anyone else have a child trust fund with nationwide? They sent my daughter a cheque which they won't even cash at their branch,I asked them to cash it but they paid it into her account? So why not just do that in the first place why get a child excited and she has to wait now until she is 18 to get it? I don't understand and can't find anything that this has happened to anyone else?
