Problem with Marstons

Marston Holdings have had their enforcement officer Peter Regan Latham, Burnley leave an undated letter at my property whilst I was away on holiday for an onanist who is using my address but has never lived there, nor do I know who he is.
I have rung said enforcement officer only to be ignored.
I have rung and then had to e mail Marston Holdings as I am not the account holder and ignored.
I have contacted HMTCS again by e mail having previously returned any letters to them which they have also ignored.
I am a stressed pensioner with failing health issues yet no one cares.
Any help or advice from kind people appreciated.
I am fearful the enforcement officer or officers will return and possibly when I am out and may upset my dogs.
Where do I stand?

I presume your email to Marston head office said that the named person is unknown at that address.

You can do no more.

It may be the bailiffs themselves who have decided he lives at your address.

They have no right to force entry* so obvs keep doors locked and just refer them to your email if they attend

*do you know what this is alleged to be?
