The prize is valid for maximum two adults and two children (0-12 years) from 1 June until 30 November 2025, subject to request and availability. Regnum Hotels reserves the right to decline date requests if availability is limited due to high occupancy or operational reasons.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be resold, gifted, or exchanged for cash or other services. Blackout dates may apply, including peak holiday periods, and will be communicated upon request. Any additional charges, such as spa treatments, à la carte restaurant reservations, or premium services, must be paid separately.
