Questions re GWR Delay Repay

Hi all,

As per title, need a little help with GWR Delay Repay form.

OH and myself were delayed around 20 mins on Return leg of a Return Ticket.

Do i use the total price of the Return ticket for my claim, or just the cost of the Return ?

Also should i download ALL the tickets, or just for the return journey ?

The price printed on your ticket should be the total cost of the return journey?  You purchased a return ticket (as opposed to two singles) so you need to claim against what you purchased.

Thanks Mark, i did think that was the case, just wanted to be sure.

Yes full value and select the option that says it's a return ticket. You should get 12.5% of the return fare back. Currently they are approving claims quickly.
