Hup Extensions - anyone used these before? We're based in Scotland

Looking at hup extensions to convert our conservatory and add another room at the back of our house - but having to go through a windows and doors company in Scotland as their base is in England. Still awaiting a response despite phoning and emailing. Has anyone else used them before and how did they get on - costings/timeline/communications? Any advice appreciated - thanks (We're based in Scotland)
