Ripple / kirk Hill

it seems ripple are in trouble, maybe in administration though I can’t verify that.

I gave a green relative a share in Kirk Hill as a wedding present. Is it safe? If not, what do I get him to replace it?

It's being discussed on octopus agile/smart forums. Going into administration?

How that impacts investors is anyone's guess.

Guess it depends on wether the money is actually invested in one of the projects (one that is up and running) or held by Ripple pending being invested (e.g. into a new project).

And even then it'll depend on the terms of the administration I guess?

There's nothing unusual showing at Companies House:
The main Ripple thread is here:

The ownership of Kirk Hill is complicated, but is separate from Ripple. Kirk Hill members are currently receiving a weekly email from Ripple with updates to various management issues. Hopefully your relative is receiving these.

I'm also keen to hear about what's going on. I've invested in Derril Water. Is my money safe? I hope so.
