Hi there,
I took out an IVA, and now I’m in the really lucky position I can pay it off.
I took out an IVA, and now I’m in the really lucky position I can pay it off.
I have contacted my IVA practitioner several times asking for a final settlement figure and what I will pay in fees etc.
they keep just sending me a request to write a letter stating I want to settle in full and a screenshot of my bank showing the money that I’m going to use to pay it off.

My question is, I want to pay this debt off as soon as possible can I approach the creditors and pay them directly?
Thank you
