Jobs for housebound people who want to work

Hi all.
I suffer from chronic depression/anxiety disorder and agoraphobia. I leave the house about 4 times a year (hospital/dentist/doctor), it causes too much stress, anxiety and physical pain to go outside the boundary of my home.
I don't like people, I don't trust them. So how do I get a job from home only, with zero to minimum human contact. I am very capable on computer, self taught photoshop geek, and love designing. But there is not a single site you can trust to actually offer anything. Prior to being in this state back when I was human, I worked in parking, previous to that, sales and marketing. Does anyone know of a genuine site where I can even begin?
Thanks.

How would you get an understanding of the design brief without communicating with someone? Are you ok with written comms and its just speaking thats the challenge?0

I guess you could put yourself out there on the likes of Fiverr, or even scour the web for content creators that need a hand with graphics and design (a few YouTubers I follow have requested paid help from viewers on more than one occasion).
Once you have a suitable portfolio of works to showcase then you could look to start setting yourself up with your own online presence.1 -
You could try Upwork. I’ve used feelancers through the site before and also found my own freelance project work that way.0

Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!0
