Morrisons cancelled my delivery order

Nat West blocked my credit card and as a result my order was cancelled. Nat West said the despatch address was different to the despatch address I used last October. I received that order. Morrisons could not explain but suggested I re enter my credit details. Nat West thought that the change of despatch address could be scam.Morrisons also advised me to contact Nat West and tell them to accept all verification payments for Morrsons. Nat West said they could not accept such a "blanket" request. Any advice please would be appreciated

I have had issues using credit cards for orders on Morrisons, one of the card providers gave me a fairly lengthy response which to me gave it credibility, and it explained the issue was Morrisons side, I now only use my debit card for orders as it always works. Funny enough my credit card is still linked to the delivery pass and never gets declined on that.A conversation with Morrisons on the phone wasnt very useful, they told me they take payment on dispatch instead of at time of order, I told them thats not very good because it can lead to cancelled orders unless they do what ASDA do which is to ring customer and ask them to make payment to keep the order alive. Also gave my feedback to CEO.Sometime last year I was emailed to say as per my request my payment will now be pre reserved on my card at time of order, and I notice now Morrisons are now placing a payment holder on my card at time of order, however I still use my debit card so dont know if credit card would have been fixed.
Bear in mind my contact with card company and Morrisons was multiple years ago so may not be relevant anymore.0
