Hi everyone,
Was diagnosed with Primary Progressive MS which has really affected my ability to walk. Back in 2014 to 2018, most jobs required me to be in the office in London (I live in Cambridgeshire so train, tube, etc) which was practically impossible as my mobility was getting worse.. so I didn't work. Since COVID, and because of the online zoom revolution, I've been able to work remotely and now back in full time work thankfully!
To be clear; I didn't claim any benefits between the years of 2014 & 2018. I was living off my savings.
My NI record shows incomplete years between 2014 & 2018 as I wasn't working. I need to 'fill' these years at a cost of £864 a year. That's money I don't have.
Are there any options for someone who didn't claim benefits and lived off their own savings?
