Paying off IVA

My father recently passed away and I will inherit around 100k from the sale of his house.
I am planning to pay off my IVA, this should be by October time. When would I be able to apply for shared ownership as my IVA is a 5 year plan. I'm 2 years in.

I'm 2 years in.I would suggest you Google 'windfall clause iva'.Also depends on what is within your IVA agreement but potentially all of your inheritance could go to your IVA provider.0
