Astro A50X and Logitech G Cloud

I don't enter many comps these days as I'm so busy but we're gamers, so I look out for these sorts of comps specifically.

which I was really chuffed about. Had an email and replied within a few hours. Said they'd send my prize out and it'd be 4-5 weeks. I had one parcel from them after about two weeks, it was the wrong headset (about half the RRP of the one I'd won) so I sent a polite email back saying I'd received the wrong one but they said I could keep it and they'd send the correct one and my G Cloud console. However I've not heard anything from them since and had no parcels. I sent an email on Tuesday of last week and have yet to receive a response. It's now coming up to 8 weeks since they supposedly sent out the prize. 
How long do I give it, and what do I do if they don't respond / prize doesn't turn up?
