Help needed with the maths- lendable loan near defaulting

The lenders rejected my complaint due to never having missed a payment or drawing cash so showed no signs of financially difficulty.
Tens of thousands of complaints are won with no payments being missed. Your bank statements are the evidence the limit was too high for you to be able to sustainably repay.1 -

Just give it a go and aend what you've got. It costs nothing, takea a fee minutes and the worst that can happen is that you gst an email saying they don't uphold it.1

“I can confirm your Pulse (Topshop) account was opened in March 2007 therefore due to the time elapsed we do not have a record of the underwriting details of your application as it was more than 6 years ago.”But from their investigation were responsible.Would you mention this too when go to FOS?0 -
There's nothing to be nervous of really, just fill in the form on their website, send any supporting information and see what they say. I dealt with most of mine via email without talking to anyone.
I'd mention everything that supports your argument, the FOS will normally contact the lender to get their side of things and any documentation they have.1 -

I got a reply back from lendables, they replied within 4 days!
They said that they will uphold complaints on both. Freeze interest, waive any interest and charges that have accrued.
Mentioned they’d settle and close the account and that they would also calculate a rebate on the interest and charges I have paid and refund me. I presume that means from since I stopped paying? And add 8% simple interest for any period I have been deprived. Again not sure when that means from. And they will deduct income tax.
So I’m happy to get it upholded and presume they can’t default me now. Will be easier to manage!
How do they refund me as I am Guessing they don’t still have my bank details so do they take it off my outstanding balance amount for me?
