Hi,

The LuxPowerTek app tells me there is an update - 3.8 (on Android) but Google Play Store refuses to download it and its not visible when you do a search.

I've tried all the usual things - clear cahce, both app and Googlestore, force stop both, restart phone etc.

Any ideas?

I do not like the recent changes to some tabs and tried to download from the QR code on the Lux Web site. Same result as you.

I have been I  touch with Infinity regarding an other issue or two I have ( one of which seems to be an inadvertant miss setting of controls, probably by me, regarding discharge settings) so will ask and will post if I get any feedback this coming week.

You could buy an iPhone, the app is on the Apple App Store....

You're right, of course, the app isn't in the UK Google Play Store. Could guess why not but little point.

I'd contact the UK after-sales support detailed on their website, probably office hours only.
