There are so many bad motorists out there. That's the only issue!1

And right on cue my wife gets hit by some !!!!!! riding on the pavement. No way to identify him, of course. Fortunately only minor injuries it seems but a bump to the head so the NHS 111 are saying she should got to A&E.Informed the police, they might go ask if anyone around there has CCTV, but I got the impression they weren't bothered because even if they have a video it's going to be impossible to identify the !!!!!!.0

This is getting silly now. It would be ridiculously ghoulish but I could go and search for car + pedestrian deaths today and fill you in on that news.
As others have said, repeatedly, there are careless idiots in any subsection of society. Drivers, cyclists, etc along with drivers flouting bans, being uninsured etc.
I hope your wife gets well soon3 -

You've definitely got terrible luck, having been somewhat involved in 3 exceptionally rare occurances in such a short period of time.
I hope she's alright in any case. So what happened? Courier on an illegal electric motorbike or what we'd call a regular cyclist? Shared cycling path? Did the cyclist stop?0 -

I don't want to accuse you of lying, but you've definitely got terrible luck, having been somewhat involved in 3 exceptionally rare occurances in such a short period of time.

Did the cyclist stop?Just some !!!!!! on a normal bike. Normal pavement. He rode off right away.NHS 111 said go to A&E. Checked her out, nothing serious, just bruises thankfully.Police called back but decided because she wasn't badly injured they were not going to canvas CCTV. Debating if I want to do it myself. There is a shop over the road that might have it.0
