Fraud - debts done by EX partner

Good Morning,

I just wonder, if I can get any advice/help.
I have been in relationship with my ex partner about 10 years.

When we split up I have redelivered correspondence and started finding out that my ex during our relationship was throwing away, hiding my correspondence.
She used my email address steal my identity.
I have been the one working like crazy 12 hours night shifts, taking all overtimes to provide for Family.
She spouse deal with bills...
She changed my bank account password - I wasn't using my bank account etc as everything should be sorted and seems to be sorted (no letters, no contact, no emails - most likely all int he bin and all history removed).
She done fraud on my name - debts, loans, online shopping, unpaid bills adding up for over £40 000. I know maybe for some of you is not a lot, but for me it is.
Thanks to her I have court judgements CCJ... For something what was done behind my back.
She has managed to open new bank account on my name (and ordered card on her address when I already moved out). I have reported this to TSB (I find out about new bank account opened in last 6 months thanks to royal mail redelivery service, as that was one of the questions. I have been visiting all banks from the list to find out, if I have account with them). Bank sent me to police. Police give me case number, as that whet bank needed and apart that ignored me absolutely...
I have reported all this to action fraud.
They said police have to deal with it.
I go on the chat with police and complain about being ignored and the debts in my name growing.
Police visited me twice, the basically asked me to investigated all myself - contact the companies etc. The informed my ex about plan of researching property - she had a week to remove whole evidence and they "haven't found anything".
The police close the case as my ex had solicitor (Offender had more help than victim) , started crying and because she is single mum they just leave it.
And now on the top of debts (I have borrowed monies from Friend to pay these off as these been growing drastically.
I have been left without any help.
Have been looking for it also online. Someone advised me to contact my MP - MP ignored me. Not a surprise - people just doing it to me. As I am a man they most likely laugh at me.
My question is can I have my name cleared?
Can that court CCJ be moved into her name?
Is there any chance to get some money back? The best all?
She is on benefits with 3 Kids.
Can I do anything so she will take responsibility for what she has done.

Also on the top of paying off money borrowed to Friend I have to pay about £113.00 a week child maintenance.
Can this be stopped for lets say 8 years? So then the amount of debt I have pay because of her will be kind of paid off?
I don't mind seeing Kids or buying them stuff (if I have money), but these £40 000 to be paid from my pocked (I am employee) its massively unfair on me.

Looking for any advice.

Report to action fraud and get a crime number.

You could apply to have  the judgements set aside due to fraud, but each one would cost you £300, so may not be an option.

Are you being chased for these debts?

Yes, I am chased by debt agencies, I have paid most of debts - borrowed from friends to do this. As I havent got £40 000 + savings.
Action Fraud moved this to police.
Police informed my ex that the will research property - they gave her a week to remove all evidence. She get solicitor and they closed case... well offender get more help than victim (me).
I still have to give money back for friends.
    I am stressing.
Just wonder if as the debt has been done by her CMS can stop payments from me for certain time...?
Any advice will be much appreciated.

Have you spoken to CIFAS to make sure that your accounts are protected from future fraud? They use two sorts of markers, one preventative which you might want, and one highlighting fraudulent activity by individuals.

And looked at domestic economic abuse charities?
If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing

Unlikely to be able to clear your name, that`s the issue with fraud, as its done using your name.

Once granted court judgements cannot be subject to a change of debtor, the idea is to challenge the judgement if its incorrect, but at £300 a pop, its not cheap, and must be done reasonably quickly.

Sorry but you should not have paid the fraudulent debts in the first place, paying them assumes your liability for them, you should have said no, I`m not paying them, they were accumulated by fraudulent means by my ex, and I am not liable for them.

Just because you have CCJ`s does not mean they will enforce them, and if they did, you could have challenged that, but its all too late now unfortunately.

There is very little you can do now to be honest.
