None of Visa, Cash App, or any other commercial sponsor of the Visa Cash App Racing Bulls Formula One Team, Formula One World Championship Limited, Formula One Marketing Limited, the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile, or any of their affiliates are sponsors or administrators of this Promotion and are in no way responsible for the administration of this Promotion.  All trademarks used are the property of their respective owner(s) and are used for prize description purposes only.
 1.2 In the event this Promotion is run via one or more third party platform(s), the Promotion is not linked to the third party platform(s) and is not organized, endorsed or administered by, or associated in any way by the third party platform(s). Your use on the third party platform(s) is subject to the terms and conditions located on such site. The Organizer disclaims any liability should You fail to comply with the third party platform(s) terms and conditions.
2. THE PROMOTION
2.1 The title of the Promotion is ‘Win the Ultimate Visa Cash App Racing Bulls Formula One Team Experience at the 2025 Japanese Grand Prix” (the “Promotion”).
2.2 This Promotion starts on Friday 7th March 2025 at 00:01 GMT and ends Friday 21st March 2025  (“Promotion Period”). All entries must be received by the Organizer before the end of the Promotion Period and meet all the eligibility requirements designated below to be eligible to win the Prize All entries received after the Promotion Period are automatically disqualified.
3. ELIGIBILITY
3.1 In order to enter this Promotion and be eligible to ‘Win the Ultimate Visa Cash App Racing Bull Formula One Team Experience  at the 2025 Japanese Grand Prix”, You represent and warrant that You satisfy the following eligibility criteria: - You are a natural person 24 years of age or older at the time of entry. Persons under the age of 24 years of age are not allowed to participate in this Promotion or transmit or otherwise submit personal Data (all data relating to You, such as Your contact details, Promotion responses and photographs) to the Organizer. - You are available to take up the Prize during the Prize period, being 4th April 2025 – 6th April 2025 and any necessary travel time (the “Prize Period”). 1 - You have entered the Promotion by signing up to the Visa Cash App Racing Bulls Formula One Team marketing mailing list.
3.2 It is voluntary to provide us with Your personal data; however, You will not be able to enter the Promotion if You do not supply all required personal data.
3.3 Please note that the Organizer is not liable in cases where Participants are not legally allowed to take part in the Promotion due to national or local laws. 
3.4 The Organizer is not responsible in case a Participant is not physically or mentally able to perform any or all of the described tasks; there is no legal right to participate in this Promotion whatsoever. Organizer is not liable in case a Participant injures him-/herself while performing actions with regard to this Promotion.
3.5 Directors, officers, members, managers and employees of the Organizer, and of Visa, Cash App and any other commercial sponsor of the Visa Cash App Racing Bulls Formula One Team, as well as their respective parent, and any of their respective affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, any company involved in the development or production of the Promotion, professional advisers, third party service providers or advertising and promotional agencies involved with this Promotion, and immediate family members (spouses, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and “step” child, wherever they may live) and those living in the same household of such persons (whether legally related or not) are not eligible to enter or win any Prizes in this Promotion. The Organizer shall verify these conditions consulting its database at the time of the selection. 
3.6 Please note that the official language will be English and that all interactions with the Organizer, including these Terms, the registration and further instructions in the course of this Promotion, will generally be in English language. Any translations are provided as a matter of courtesy only.
3.7 The Organizer will not accept entries that are: (a) automatically generated by computer; (b) completed by third parties (on Your behalf) or in bulk; (c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; (d) incomplete; or (e) late. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the email address provided by You including where required, any consent provided by a Guardian to require proof of age, identity and/or other provided details at any time at its discretion. In the event of any dispute, entries containing an invalid email address or incorrect data regarding the age or residence of You will be deemed ineligible. You must not enter this Promotion through the use of multiple email accounts or social media accounts. If it becomes apparent that You have used multiple email accounts or social media accounts to circumvent this rule all Your entries will be disqualified.
4. RULES OF PARTICIPATION, SELECTION PROCESS AND THE PRIZES 
4.1 In order to successfully enter the Promotion, you must follow the link on Paid or Organic Promotion Material concerning this activation on social media, then enter the Promotion during the Promotion Period set out above providing: 
4.1.1 Your full name;
4.1.2 The email address you wish to be contacted on;
4.1.3 Your country of residence;
4.1.4 Confirmation that you are available on the 4th – 6th April 2025;
4.1.5 You must also correctly answer the following skill-testing question: Where is the Japanese Grand Prix held? 1) Tokyo 2) Suzuka 4) Kyoto
2 4.2 Only one entry per person is allowed.
4.3 Two (2) participants will be selected as winners of the Promotion by means of a random draw of all qualifying entries via computer process at the end of the Promotional Period.  One (1) winner will be selected from entries received from Japan, and one (1) winner will be selected from entries received globally (excluding Japan).
4.4 For full details of the Promotion’s selection process please email fanexperiences@redbullracing.com. If the selected Prize recipients do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms, the Organizer will re-draw and select an alternative Prize recipient(s). If You are disqualified, the Organizer is under no obligation to publish this fact. The Organizer undertakes to ensure transparency and to log the selection process appropriately in order for the results to be verified.   
4.5 Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced, corrupt or inappropriate entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries cannot be returned.
THE PRIZE
4.6 The Prize is ‘Win the Ultimate Visa Cash App Racing Bull Formula One Team Experience at the 2025 Japanese Grand Prix’ for the winner and one guest which includes: (a) two x 3-day grandstand tickets for the 2025 Japanese Grand Prix; (b) return flights to Japan during the 2025 Japanese Grand Prix to arrive on 3rd April and return on 6th April (inclusive); and (c) accommodation in Suzuka, Japan from 3rd – 6th April 2025 (inclusive) (together, the “Prize”). 4.7 The prize does not include provision of food and beverages. The winner and their guest will be responsible for all subsistence, food and beverage costs.
