Debt Collector ignoring debt management plan and continuing wage arrest

Hopefully someone can advise on this one. My son got into difficulties with a payday loan company who eventually took him to court. He fully complied with the process and through the court agreed a repayment plan with the debt recovery company who I guess had purchased the debt. Despite an agreement being in place they then contacted his employer and arrested his wages. They didn't answer our repeated phone calls or emails. My son was eventually forced to contact Citizens Advice, who helped him get into a debt repayment plan through DAS, and has been paying towards, but the debt recovery company (Scottish Assets Partnership) are still arresting his wages AND ignoring all contact from CAB and DAS. There doesn't seem to be any comeback to this. His employer has told him the arrest can only be stopped by that company. Anyone have any ideas how to force them to comply with the debt repayment plan?

The court would have issued the arrest order to recover the debt.

He needs to read all the papers that the court issued and see what they say. If necessary he should speak with the court clerk to find out what is going on.

Bottom line: the employer would only pay his wages to someone else if a court had ordered that this should happen. If the court order is incorrect then it is the court that can correct this.
