Bounce back load- dormant company

Hello,

Looking for advise from similar suitable of outcomes.

My limited company Barclays BBL  I haven't paid anything since last couple of years as limited company has been dormant and Barclays closed my business account with them over 15months ago.

They have given debt to collection agencies. So far just letters to contact them for principle amount.

Please can anyone advise steps or what happens? any one in similar situation ahead of me?

Does this affect my personal credit score?

Appreciate any inputs. Thanks

There were no personal guarantees so no. There was a governmental guarantee so unlikely they'll attempt to make the company bankrupt that could have resulted in your being banned from being a company director.

I thought so as well but just not sure when they will claim govt. guarantee and leave me.
