I've checked my online banking and it seems the payment is pending already, but for the full £31.50, even though I used the code.

I'm hoping that Marshall Ward are one of those companies that take the full amount then refund the discount?

Hi , What they normally do is take the full amount then credit the same card you used back the amount of the voucher..in this case 15 pounds..well thats what happened last time i ordered something from marshall ward with a code anyways

I ordered some items from Marshall Ward a few days ago & chose to pay using my debit card. All my items have a delivery date of 19th Jan, yet they have already taken the money from my account...is this normal??

BTW, I have received a refund for using the code on a couple of items to date.

Mine has just arrived early, it was supposed to come on Tuesday, it looks great. I've also checked my credit card and they have indeed taken the full £31.50 and then credited £15 back to my account. I,ve bought it for my sisters little boy who is not even born yet !!
