NI contributions with no work

Options
I'm on a zero hours contract as a TEFL teacher and have sadly had a total of 25 hours work since 1st December 2024, due to drastically decreased student numbers.

How can I keep my NI contributions up to date to ensure I don't have any gaps? Am looking for easy to follow advice (for dummies!) please.

With grateful thanks.

.. and, if you haven't already,  get a State Pension Forecast to understand exactly what your current position is - it's not usually necessary to have every gap filled in order to qualify for the full amount.
