FREE ONLINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

 

Who can enter:

 

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, companies within the ITV group of companies, or are an immediate family member of the same (including any live-in partner); and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

 

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw. 

 

Opening/closing date & time:

 

• Prize Draw opens for entries online via the www.itv.com/winwebsite (“Website”) on Monday 10 March 2025.
• Prize Draw closes for entries online at 10.00 a.m. on Monday 7 April 2025.

 

Winner selection & contact:

 

• The draw will take place within one week of the closing date and time for all entries.
• Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

 

How to enter & cost of entry:

 

You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; one (1) entry per phone number provided. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

 

Prize:

 

There is one (1) prize consisting of an e-voucher to spend online at pashley.co.uk worth one thousand three hundred pounds (£1,300) (the “Voucher”). The value of any monetary balance of the Voucher may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative.

 

The Voucher shall be valid for one (1) year from the closing date of the Prize Draw.

 

Use of the Voucher is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer, Pashley Holdings Limited which can be viewed at https://www.pashley.co.uk/pages/terms-conditions.

 

The Voucher shall be redeemable only on full RRP items, it cannot be redeemed against anything on promotion, on sale or combined with any other offer.

 

The Voucher may only be used towards one (1) purchase, the delivery costs of which shall be covered by the Prize provider.

 

Please note that if the Voucher becomes invalid due to insolvency events (including but not limited to liquidation or administration) affecting the Prize provider, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.

 

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to positively amend the prize during the Prize Draw period by either: (i) adding a cash prize; and/or (ii) offering additional prize(s).
