McCloud eligibility question

Hi. Is anyone able to assist with a McCloud query please? MyCSP hasn't provided a clear answer, only stating that if I qualify, I will be given the options of what I can do when the time comes. I haven't received my 2023/24 ABS, so I'm unable to check against it.
I've worked and remained in the Civil Service continuously as a FT civil servant since early 2000’s. I intended to pause my pension contributions in to the Premium pension, for six months in 2014, due to unavoidable personal circumstances. However, despite contacting MyCSP in September 2014 to resume my pension contributions, they only restarted taking them in June 2015, after several emails and chasing - which resulted in over a year of loss contributions.
My question is: Will I be affected by the McCloud judgement, and be able to (when the time comes) request that my contributions between June 2015-March 22 are moved to my legacy Premium pension, rather than staying as Alpha contributions?
From the FAQs it seems I might be eligible as there was a gap of less than 5 years between stopping and recommencing my pension contributions, but I would appreciate any views or insights from others who may know more. Thank you.

You appear to be eligible for McCloud Remedy. If so, you have already been rolled back into Premium for the period 2015-22 (although the earlier part of the period when you were opted-out remains opted-out).When you apply to commence your pension you will be provided with quotes based on both alpha membership for 2015-22 and also premium membership for 2015-22. You do not need to request anything.1 -

Not only will you be eligible for transitional protection you should be able to apply to have your missing service reinstated, if (big if here) you opted out of the pension scheme BECAUSE of the changes from final salary to career average led you to conclude it wasn't worth staying in. You are supposed to have a year to apply for this from the date the pension scheme provides you with your remediable service statement, but you will have to pay the missing contributions to the scheme for the period you were out.1
