Paypal passed debt to Wescot - address wrong

So, apparently, Paypal have passed this debt on but I have had no communication from them about this, just this attachment in an email from Wescot. I should add it's not a paypal credit debt but a negative balance on my main paypal account. Interestingly, Wescot have put the wrong house number on the letter. Should I acknowledge this or just ignore it?

The Hull chancers are only acting on behalf of PayPal, they have no authority to instigate legal action, so you can just ignore them, if you wish.
Further recovery action in this instance means we will write to you again.
Usually they will write a few letters then return the account to their client if no response.
It will then likely rinse and repeat with another agency.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
