ACROSS DAYTIME DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

Who can enter:

These Across Daytime terms and conditions, along with ITV's General Competition, Prize Draw, Vote and Poll Terms and Conditions, available here, (“General Terms”), apply to the Prize Draws (defined below).

 

The Prize Draws (defined below) are open to entrants who are: (a) residents in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the Prize Draw period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, STV Group Plc or are an immediate family member of the same; and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw. 

Opening/closing date & time:

There will be one (1) Across Daytime prize draw in relation to the programmes Good Morning Britain, Lorraine, This Morning and Loose Women (the “Programme”) (the “Main Prize Draw”) and one (1) associated prize draw for entrants to have the chance to win a bonus prize (the “Bonus Prize Draw”). The Main Prize Draw and the Bonus Prize Draws together, the “Prize Draws”.

 

Main Prize Draw

 

•        The Main Prize Draw opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, post, via the This Morning app (the “App”), via the QR code showing during the on screen promotion (to be redirected to www.itv.com/win) in relation to Good Morning Britain only (“QR Code”) and online via the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/winwebsites (“Website”) on Friday 7th March 2025. 
•    The Main Prize Draw closes for entries via: (i) PRTS, SMS, the App and via the Website (together, the “Paid Entry Routes”) at 3.00pm on Friday 4th April 2025; and (ii) post (the “Postal Entry Route”) at 2.00pm on Thursday 10th April 2025.  

Bonus Prize Draw

 

Subject to the Postal Requirements (defined in the ‘Post’ section below), all entries into the Main Prize Draw will receive a corresponding entry into the Bonus Prize Draw for the chance to win a bonus prize as follows:

 

•    The Bonus Prize Draw: opens on Friday 14 March 2025 and closes for entries: (i) via Paid Entry Routes at 3.00pm on Friday 21 March 2025; and (ii) via the Postal Entry Route at 2.00pm on Thursday 27 March 2024.

 

Please note that for the period: (i) from Friday 7 March 2025 to the opening of the Bonus Prize Draw on Friday 14 March 2025 as advertised in the Programme and on the Website; and (ii) from Thursday 27 March 2025 at 2.00pm to Thursday 10 April 2025 at 2.00pm, there will be no Bonus Prize Draw. However, there will be a different postal ID as shown in the ‘Post’ section below to enter into the Main Prize Draw only.

Winner selection & contact:

There will be two (2) draws in total as follows: 
•    Main Prize Draw: the draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries into the Main Prize Draw. Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries for Main Prize Draw will win £250,000 cash.

 

•    Bonus Prize Draw: the draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries into the Bonus Prize Draw. Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first five (5) entries drawn at random from all eligible entries for the Bonus Prize Draw will win £10,000 cash.

 

•    The Programme’s producers may call the winners once or multiple times live on-air on Good Morning Britain, Lorraine, This Morning and/or Loose Women, at their own discretion, within one (1) week of the closing date and time of the Prize Draw however, please note that any public announcement made regarding the winner is pending verification unless otherwise stated and should not be considered final confirmation.

 

•    By entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you consent to the Programme’s production team phoning you live on-air on the Programme and for your name, general location, and details of the prize that you have won to be announced in the Programme, on the Website, on social media platforms and/or elsewhere at the Promoter’s and/or Programme producers’ discretion. This is in addition to the Promoter’s rights under clause 9.5 of the ITV’s General Terms. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted on-air, the winner will be contacted off-air in accordance with ITV’s General Terms.

How to enter & cost of entry:

Entrants can enter the Main Prize Draw via the following methods:

 

•    PRTS Phone - call 09011 20 91 18 and follow the instructions given on the PRTS phone line; up to twelve (12) paid entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in the second call). For each subsequent call from the same phone number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their call). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. Each call costs £2.50 plus your network access charge.

 

•    SMS text – send an SMS text with the keyword WINNER, CASH or APP to 80118; up to twelve (12) paid entries per phone number. Entrants who send a second SMS text entry using the same mobile number by the closing date and time will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). For each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. Each chargeable SMS text entry costs £2.50 plus one standard network rate message. Please note that SMS entries without the keyword or where the keyword is misspelt will still be counted and charged (where applicable). If you do not want to receive marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your text entry.

•    Online/App - go to the Website or download the App to enter via the following routes (as available on the Website):
o   Direct to Mobile Billing: follow the instructions on the Website to charge the entry costs to your mobile phone bill. Direct to Mobile Billing may only be available for certain mobile networks – for details see the Website. 
o   Paypal: follow the instructions on the Website.
o   Apple Pay: follow the instructions on the Website.
o   Debit Card: follow the instructions on the Website to charge the entry costs to your debit card. Please note that use of a debit card may incur charges from your provider.
o   Open Banking: follow the instructions on the Website to deduct your entry costs directly from your chosen bank account.

 

A single entry costs £2.50. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time and other offers and discounts (e.g entry credits) maybe applied or available as stated on the Website. Please note if you are using a credit card with Apple Pay or PayPal, your card provider may impose surcharges.

 

By entering online, you will also receive one (1) ticket to participate in the “Winsday” Prize Draw for every one (1) paid entry (provided you have not reached the cap of six (6) paid entries for that week’s Winsday draw).

 

Each Winsday Prize Draw opens at 1.00 a.m each Wednesday and closes at 12:59 a.m the following Wednesday. The ticket generated from entering this Prize Draw will be automatically entered into Winsday draw that is live at the time of your entry. There is a cap of twenty-four (24) paid entries across all online platforms (“Cap”).

 

•    Post – send your name and a contact telephone number (including area code if providing a landline number) to the following addresses: 
o    during the period from: (i) the opening of the Main Prize Draw on Friday 7 March 2025 to the opening of the Bonus Prize Draw on Friday 14 March 2025, as advertised in the Programme and on the Website; and (ii) Thursday 27 March 2025 at 2.00pm to Thursday 10 April 2025 at 2.00pm: CASH 11, PO Box 7558, Derby, DE1 0NQ. Please note that entries using this postal ID will be entered to the Main Prize Draw only; and/or
o    during the Bonus Prize Draw: BONUS 12, PO Box 7558, Derby, DE1 0NQ.

All entries into the Main Prize Draw made via the Paid Entry Routes between Friday 14 March 2025 at 3.00pm and Friday 21 March 2025 at 3.00pm will automatically be entered into the Bonus Prize Draw for the chance to win a bonus prize, as set out in the ‘opening/closing date & time’ section above.

 

For entries made via the Postal Entry Route to qualify for the Bonus Prize Draw, you must add the correct postal ID (‘BONUS 12’), as shown in the ‘post’ section above) and your postal entry must be received during the Bonus Prize Draw period relating to that postal ID as set out in the ‘opening/closing date & time’ section above (“Postal Requirements”). Postal entries that do not meet the Postal Requirements will not be included in the Bonus Prize Draw, but will still be entered into the Main Prize Draw provided that these are received within the Main Prize Draw opening and closing times as shown above. By way of example only, if your postal entry includes the postal ID ‘BONUS 12’ and your entry is received after 2.00pm on Thursday 27 March 2025 but before 2pm on Thursday 10 April 2025, your postal entry will not be included in the Bonus Prize Draw however, you will still be entered into the Main Prize Draw. If your postal entry includes the postal ID ‘CASH 11’ and your entry is received during the Bonus Prize Draw period as set out above, your postal entry will not be included in the Bonus Prize Draw, and will only be entered into the Main Prize Draw.

 

For the avoidance of doubt, all postal entries with the correct postal ID ‘BONUS12’ as shown above received in accordance with the Postal Requirements for the Bonus Prize Draw will be entered into the Bonus Prize Draw and the Main Prize Draw.

 

Where you opt to enter through one of the promoted paid entry routes, ITV must have received evidence of payment of any costs (as notified to ITV by the applicable payment provider) relating to the entry (as set out in the on screen promotion and these terms and conditions) by the time that ITV conducts the winner selection in accordance with the Winner Selection & Contact section above. Any entry that does not meet this criterion will be incomplete, invalid and ineligible to win the prize.

Prize:

The prize for winner of the Main Prize Draw consists of two hundred and fifty thousand pounds (£250,000) made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

The prize for the five (5) winners of the Bonus Prize Draw consists of ten thousand pounds (£10,000) made payable by BACS in the name of the entrants only.
