MBNA CCA validity check

Hi guys, I requested the CCA for my MBNA account which Is currently with Cabot. I have received this today and was just wondering if someone could help me with the information I am looking to check please?
It does have my name and address on it along with the date. In terms of credit limit it says this will be on your statement. It has some terms and a statement from Cabot of my balance and payments made. I’m assuming from this that it seems valid but just to check if there is anything else I should look for?
Thanks so much

First it must be legible and it must include:
- your name and address when the account was opened
- the creditor’s name and address when the account was opened
- the terms and conditions of the account at that time, including the cost of credit (the Annual Percentage Rate), when you have to make payments and your cancellation rights
- and any other documents that were mentioned in the Terms and Conditions.
