Injury at Ninja Warrior that wasn’t my fault- where to go?

I was recently at Ninja Warrior and badly fractured my ankle on an obstacle that was not explained to me- from talking to staff it seems like this happens quite frequently. I signed a waiver but my issue is specifically that this obstacle was the only one that moved, and this injury wouldn’t have happened if this was explained to me. I’m looking for advice on where to go for a no win no fee solicitor to try and get some compensation for this, as looking online is quite overwhelming. Thanks in advance!

I have been to Ninja Warrior & from memory none of the obstacles are explained in such a way that someone takes you round & shows you what to do.

Do you have legal expenses/protection on your home insurance or via a union or members club? Any of these would likely supply a law firm to assist in the case without the 25% success fee most conditional funding arrangements will include.

 Nobody at ninja warrior explains anything to you. BUT you do sign a waiver before entry stating you will use the equipment correctly and safely and accept responsibility for your own actions.
