FTB, broker sent in application with them today 🙏

My daughter completed with them last week. Very helpful all the way through. She went direct. Applied online but was able to visit the local branch for ID checks, signing, etc. Straight through on the phone, usually able to speak to the same person and everyone sounded local to Leeds

I got mine with Leeds through a broker in November.

Application went in on 14th November and the offer was generated on 22nd November so 8 days overall! No idea when the valuation was done in that time but super quick.

Just waiting to complete now.

Mine came in on day 8 but my mortgage advisor didn't tell me till the following Monday so fingers crossed for you! Is it a pretty straight forward application?

Not really. I have a fixed term contract that’s proving issues with most lenders. They came back to us with a lower loan amount but now they’re doing a full review and have asked for proof of my contract and proof of extension.
