Confusing pension forecast compared to NI Gaps

Options
Apologies if I’ve missed this on another thread. If so please point me there.
My NI record has two incomplete years with notes attached telling me how much I need to pay to complete them.
However, my pension forecast gives me a weekly amount (to be claimed in 2034) and states that I can’t do anything to improve this amount.
So do I complete these two incomplete years or not?
I would really appreciate any advice as the government future pensions contact number is deluged and a callback could take 8 weeks which would be too late.
🙏

If £221.20 is one and only amount on your forecast with the "cannot improve" message then you already have that amount.  The NI record is a matter of fact, you do not have a full year and it would cost £xxx.xx to fill, it is not a recommendation to pay or an indication it would have any effect on your pension.

If you continue to work and pay NI until SPA then you do not need to fill those years.

If you intend to stop working before SPA it MAY be worth buying those years to boost your pension.

OP suggests that they already have enough years under their belt to have reached the maximum....
