Missing NI credits Incapacity benefit & esa

I checked my NI record earlier today. (Along with a couple million others lol) I’ve got many missing years. (Voluntary payments would amount to about £15k!) These date from what I can work out from when I was moved from incapacity benefit to ESA, From when I was moved to esa no NI credits have been done. Does anyone have an idea on who I would need to speak to at dwp to get this fixed. Hmrc says it’s dwp. Can’t find any info on who to contact. Thanks in advance.

This is a known failure in the system. I would contact whoever deals with your claim in the first instance then maybe contact your MP, DWP need to get a grip on this.0
