Got an email over the weekend to state that this item is amazingly out of stock! Spent 30 minutes at national rate waiting for someone to answer and refund my payment. I missed the weekend shop opening deadline so rang today to get my money back. Left a number of emails all ignored in time honoured tradition. Now three days wait for the cash to come back. Hope the other offer is still on as the kids were looking forward to getting Pinata. I cant believe with a modern shopping cart with stock levels built in this can happen. Guess it was too cheap for them to honour the sale?!? Will definatly NOT be using CCL online again, bad customer service, the agent i spoke to didn't even offer to try to sort it out for me.

I'm voting with my feet.
