Hello,
I was born in 1997 and currently have 5 years NI contributions in full but the rest have gaps, I’m now in full time employment so will now have full payments going forwards. Is it worth paying my 2013-2016 missed payments now? It works out around £2000 which is a lot of money, but will it effect my later if I don’t pay these now?

You have another 40 years to get the 30, or maybe less, years needed so unless some of those years are exceptionally cheap it is not really worth it.0
