£25,000 in debt

Hello after a terrible year last year, with my partner caring for an elderly relative and not earning as much. I have found myself in debt, credit cards £17’000, £2000 overdraft, and a personal loan I’m paying off. You seem to get over one thing and then something else happens. Cost of living has affected us with 2 children, our mortgage is on a base rate tracker and went up £100, but is still lower than current deals, and we only have 8 years left. Currently we are just treading water, what’s the best thing to do. I’m in my late 40s and would love to have less debt, for the kids and ourselves. I budget and have reduced bills, Luckily all payments are up to date, but it’s getting difficult. Plus we live in Northern Ireland, so not all things are applicable to us, when it comes to help. Regards

As a homeowner with 20k (ish) debt, you are going to be trying to meet the contractual payments or, if that isn't possible, going into debt management.
The Northern Ireland thing shouldn't affect that.
If you could give us a statement of affairs we can give more detailed help
