Hiya it’s a letter of claim 
So just fill in box D only and i send copy of letter showing they couldn’t find CCA ? 

And not fill in box I asking for more documents ?

You can fill in Box I and ask for all the things suggested below that Box

If they send a claim form, you can do a cpr request for the same documents and put everything in your defence.

But the crucial point is the line I gave earlier. That is what blocks the claim from proceeding to a judgement. Hopefully they give up and don't waste further money on this

I also sent this letter in march - should I send copy of this too - but it lists my other two accounts with them which may make them hound me on them  too ?

No I wouldn't send that.. No need for any attachments at this stage. Just send the form within the 30 days

Thank you everyone - here’s what I’m sending - just filled in with pencil in case need to change anything , will write with pen . All good ?

Keep the original unenforceability letter, obviously, and send a copy with the form.
