Mortgage early repayment charge

So I done the mirage application wrong so what happened is I’m getting a mortgage advisor to chat me through it. Is porting better? Just I’d then only have a 3 year deal. I plan to pay some of the mortgage off earlier in next few years so is it best to wait to that deal runs out or pay early repayment charge and then reduce the mortgage balance?0

Porting is obviously better at least because you don't pay the ERC and, possibly, new arrangement fees.gadget88 said:So I done the mirage application wrong so what happened is I’m getting a mortgage advisor to chat me through it. Everyone here is lost in your chaotic cryptic messages and threads. At least I am.
Post the full picture of what you have (amounts, interest rates, ...), what you want, what you've done already and what replies/results you've got.
Otherwise, yes, find an independent advisor, but be prepared to pay.2 -
I wondered what it has to do with French fighter aircraft but perhaps mirage is correct:gadget88 said:So I done the mirage application wrong so what happened is I’m getting a mortgage advisor to chat me through it.
