I think buying blood is exploiting the poor and a slippery slope to buying other body parts.0

Yes, why not? Probably better than some alternatives...0

I suppose it could be seen that way but this, I'm assuming, is a hypothetical scenario. If any company started buying blood for significant amounts of money they'd end up with a significant oversupply problem and I don't think they could afford it.:D
Do remember that those who supply blood may not get monetary gain but do receive a glow of well being and maybe a biscuit and a cup of tea (assuming things haven't changed)! I wonder how many of them would be the 'exploited poor' who would still do it for £100?:D
I could make it better myself at home. All I need is a small aubergine...
I moved to Liverpool for a better life.
And goodness, it's turned out to be better and busier!0 -
Yes, why not? It's not illegal.0

Well, assuming Britney is protected by law as to bleeding herself dry ...
I think if she is financially desperate enough, then why not get paid for doing something that she has heretofore done for free?
When needs must and all that.
I am sure she will happily return to giving her blood free to her local hospital if/when she is financially again.0 -
Absolutley, sell the blood if it's legal and hygienically safe to do so. No point putting your own health at risk for £100, but if it's all safe, then go for it. Where do I sign up?????
