Link financial CCA request

Hi
Thanks to this forum I went self managed on my DMP that was previously with Stepchange for 8 years and sent off CCA requests 2 weeks ago.
Today I've received a response from one with Link Financial, they have returned the postal order and the letter just says they can confirm they no longer require a fee for the section 77-79 request and if I have any queries to contact them. No acknowledgment of CCA request and no mention of the debt or asking for any payments. Is that it? Can I consider this one unenforceable? It's a Barclaycard debt with approx £2500 outstanding that defaulted over 7 years ago.
thanks

Link will likely be in touch with Barclaycard in order to attempt to obtain the required paperwork.

Its unenforceable if they haven't provided it within 12 days, but will become enforceable if they provide it later. In my experience it takes around three months for them to provide it or say they can't.0

Hi there just stumbled across your post under a search for link CCA requests as about to send 5 CCA requests to them for accounts in mine or husbands name.
Was about to buy postal orders but is this correct we don't need them?
Also there are 3 postal addresses for link - a London registered,, London PO and a Caerphilly one. Please.cqn you.tell me.which you wrote to?
Any replies? Thanks for your help0 -
I wrote to the Caerphilly one. I think you have to send £1 to make it a valid requeat, you can send a cheque or a postal order but most of mine just sent it back saying they didn't need it, presumably they don't think it's worth the hassle of cashing it.1
