If my boyfriend has taken his complaints against them to GGF Ombudsman for ADR Arbitration Dispute Resolution but is not content with the result/ Can he now take his complaint to The Furniture & Home Improvement Ombudsman for DRO Dispute Resolution Ombudsman?
