Any help would be great
thanks0 -
you will need to contact them all individually , I stopped paying mine and then contacted them and made them an offer , saved myself around 55% of the remaining debt
That said as they are no longer on your credit file and are being sold off continually i'd be inclined to stop them altogether0 -
Sounds like great advice how long did this take you in order to achieve all0

These are all defaults that were recorded in my case that date back to 2007 as default dates so none now on credit files but still pay via dmp
Were originally gradually sold many times since then to various debt company’s
around 33 debts now all been sold to around 7/8 that hold all so question is for example if one company owns 10 or 12 of these alone how do u negotiate that as said above if one em owns collectively all of so many can they seek court action even they are all separate debts so to speak ? Should one just stop paying
how would one approach making offers in this respect given one debt out fit for example May own 12 debts equating say 6000 pounds or so0 -
All advise welcome please0

@DUNITECNO - You've posted your question in the diary section. You are likely to get more of a response on the general Debt-free wannabe section, I would think.
