Suitable SIPP for Short Drawdown

My OH has her work DC pension with TPT, expect it to be around 26 to 28k when she retires this year (date still in debate). They do not do drawdown so she needs to transfer it.
Plan is to take 25% TFLS, and drawdown the rest over 26/27 and 27/28 at £11310 a year (while giving me the other £1260 allowance).
This allows her to defer drawing her main LGPS pension for 2 more years.
The pension has been moved into TPT's cash fund so we'd be looking to move it into something similar in a SIPP that would ideally allow monthly drawdown although annual would also be OK.
Any suggestions on a suitable SIPP would be welcome, thanks.

TBH drawing the £11310 on April 6th each year, getting the tax back and chucking it in a flexible cash ISA will probably be better than keeping it in a SIPP cash account in interest terms. So maybe annual withdrawal best.

AJ Bell were good when my partner had a similar opportunity (she was also able to extend the point at which she claimed her main pension for about two years and so avoided any actuarial reduction), but they don't offer a service where they will sell a portion of your investments on a regular basis. You have to keep all the money as cash, or sell the investments manually, hence bonnyrigger's suggestion about annual withdrawals being one option to consider.
The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.

Due to the amount, you want to look at the providers with a % charge rather than a fixed one.
    Customer service is also important.
IN that case I would look at
    Hargreaves Lansdown
    Aj Bell
    Fidelity
