Juice the lemons, oranges, apples and carrots
Blanch and freeze the peppers, brussel sprouts and broccoli
    Eat the bananas
just use up the potatoes as you normally would.
    That's what I'd do anyway.

    Part of the Furniture
bananas: how about banana cake (loads of recipes on here), or smoothies

    Peppers: slice and freeze

Oranges slice and freeze or make juice with them
    6 lemons, slice and freeze

4 apples make apple crumble/apple cake or juice them

8 carrots, freeze them or use with the apples to make juice, or make carrot cake

broccoli, freeze or make broccoli cheese
10lb potaotoes no idea not keen on spuds LOL could you not make mash and then freeze it:confused: that way you have instant mash when you need it

and of course my bag of brussell spouts. freeze?

Hows that ? LOL I freeze anything that stands still for long enough:rotfl:although I'm sure some of the clever peeps will come along with recipe ideas

with your lemons and oranges could you make marmalade or curd or something? otherwise the freeze really well sliced to use as ready ice cubes in drinks.

As for the potatoes - make baked potatoes, potatoes dauphinoise and there is a really yummy recipe somewhere on here for baking sliced potatoes with fried onions, bacon and cheese all layered in a flan/lasagne dish and is delicious.

banana loaf keeps brilliantly in the freezer if ther eis any left once the family have tasted it!

chop up the carrots and peppers into sticks and serve with humous or other dip as a starter or posh snack.

steam brocoli, or turn into cheesy brocoli - great in stir fries as well.

    hope this helps x

i would chop up a couple of bananas, apples and oranges and me and kids would snack on them. My two can't get enough fruit.

Potato i would slice them , and layer them up with sliced onions and cheese inbetween. or bit of vairation add some bacon , tuna , baked beans. anything can be added really. ( i'm sure there is a whol etopic somewhere on potato , layer meal)

how about jacket spuds. cook loads and u can freeze them. i have never frozen them tho.
or just keep in fridge for a up to a week and just need as u need them. we have them for lunch's to make a change.

    make roasts and freeze them.

    lemon's how about lemonade ?

    peppers freeze really well.
