2. Winner will be notified by email by 24th March 2025 and must respond by 26th March 2025. If the Promoter does not receive a response by this date, an alternative winner will be drawn.
3. Prize break (at Rowton Hall Hotel & Spa) must be booked and taken by 31st March 2026.
   
4. Prize break is subject to promotional availability. Excludes: Christmas and New Year period; Bank Holidays; Valentine's Day and other special event dates at the discretion of the hotel.
   
5. Prize break is for 2 people staying overnight in a Classic Room, including dinner and buffet breakfast at Rowton Hall Hotel & Spa, Chester. Hotel venue is not transferable.
6. The winner will also receive a TEMPLESPA heroes bundle including 'My Kinda Skin'; 'Do Not Disturb' and Keep the Peace', subject to availability.
