Term and conditions

• Subject to availability.
• The prize includes three nights at the Pomme d'Or Hotel, return flights to Jersey and a half day panoramic tour with Jersey Uncovered. 
• Additional items and drinks will be at the cost of the winner.
• The prize is non-transferable in the event of cancellation and cannot be exchanged for monetary value.
• The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
• The winner is responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prize.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed or submitted, regardless of cause,  including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical fault, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure, of any kind.
• The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
• The winner may transfer the prize to a friend or relative on the same terms as set out in these conditions and subject to booking conditions.
• The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
• The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails editor@saga.co.uk or writes to Saga Magazine Editor, The HKX Building, 3 Pancras Square, N1C 4AG (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Draw Date. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
• Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
• Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed in accordance with the permissions granted or withheld at the time of entry, for the administration of this prize draw and for fulfilment of the prize.
