My husband can't get in to a nhs dentist but he's paid private as he had an absses under his tooth they said it has to be a route canal because the route of the tooth is that bit it's not safe to remove it an said it cost 985.00 this is ridiculous we can't afford that how can he get it done since all our dentist in 5 mile radius isn't taking on he's in alot a pain .

Dental hospitals will not accept routine referrals for root canals. Inability to pay is not an accepted reason to refer.You do not have to go a to a dentist locally , stretch out your search beyond 5 miles, ask friends and family, look on social media . You will have to travel,if you want to see a NHS dentist.0
