Deferred pension classic civil service told no inflation applies for 11 years!

Options
I was very kindly given 100 percent of my ex husbands pension, by him. it was calculated as a pension credit or  13k p an and and 40k lump sum in 2014. I was told twice in writing and once verbally that it attracts inflation pension increase u till I claim it. I asked for a few pension statments over the years and it showed the above figure, then a statement date figure with a nice new figure including rhe latest inflations applied. Now come my final retirement quote it says I get not a bean more than rhe value on 2014. It just says in the box. As you are over 55 the pension credit awarded in the pension sharing order by the court has been multiplied by a pension increase factor of 1! Meaning nothing, anyone got a clue of why, and if they are right, and just all the other letters and statments are wrong

Is it 100% up to the point of your divorce?

I'm assuming he's got substantial other assets to be able to give up a pretty valuable DB pension, and he didn't pay into the pension (or add to the pension you're getting) after you divorced. Did he move to Alpha or a different scheme from then to ensure he had a pension of his own?

I think my statements show projections of value if I keep paying in, as I am... Which is possibly where the confusion is?

thank you for this, this has nothing to do with what assets we had or not,.., but anyway it was an error by mycsp, and they put the multiplier right,
