Hi!
I got myself into some trouble when I was young and have been paying off my debts through capquest and wescot ever since. I have lived in North America since 2017 and recently had an issue accessing my UK bank account and my capquest fell into arrears.

I went to log in to my capquest account today as I finally sorted my bank account and it said it has been archived…does anyone know what that means?
When I defaulted they offered me a settlement offer of around £1,700 (balance is over £4,000).
They have my address but of course I’m now overseas. What is the likelihood they are going to chase me down? Should I reach out to them?
Thank you

Why on earth re you paying your UK debts if you are not living in this country?
Just don't pay anymore and let them contact you if they want but the chance of them dong anything is zero.If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.1 -
Absolutely zero things will happen if you stop paying these debts.
Credit debts just do not get chased outside UK borders, too costly, and just doesn't happen.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
