Overseas worker adding to pension

Options
I have a family member from Poland who has been making National insurance contributions for a few years through his employer in the UK. He is now 62 years old and would like to make voluntary contributions to increase his pension.

Is he able to do this and if he can how does he go about it?

Thanks in advance.

Step one is to get a pension forecast.  That will show if there are years that he can top up.

I assume he is currently residing / working in the UK ?  As above get a pension forecast then come back with all the figures requested below and someone will point them in the right direction
Current weekly £££.pp amount accrued up to April 2024.
Number of full NI years 15-16 and earlier
Number of full NI years 16-17 and later
Tax year you reach state retirement
Any COPE amount.  If you have "You've been in a contracted-out pension scheme" on your forecast then click
